12/5/21 - Carols | 2. “O Come All Ye Faithful”

12/05/21 God is with us – in answered promises, realized dreams, and refreshed hope. How could we help but sing? This December, we're exploring the songs born from our joy that Christ has entered the world.

In Week 2, Pastor Jeff talks about the origins and theology of the famous carol, "O Come All Ye Faithful.” Noting that the song is a call to worship, often times we feel that we don’t measure up to the call of “faithful” and “triumphant.” Instead, Jesus calls the weary, the burdened, and sinners. Thankfully, Jesus transforms us from that state and helps us to become more faithful, joyful, and triumphant.
